What Free includes, how limits and retention work, and how paid plans are priced.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan costs $0, has no end date, and asks for no payment details. Create an account and connect one cloud account.
What does the Free plan include?
Runtime detection on one Kubernetes cluster with up to 2 nodes, posture (CSPM) for one cloud account, one user, up to 500 cloud objects, 30 days of runtime evidence retention, and community support.
How is runtime coverage measured?
In vCPU: the vCPUs of the nodes running the Primod sensor, averaged over the month rather than taken at the peak, so autoscaling does not push you into a bigger plan. Node and workload counts on this page are rough equivalents for a typical 8-vCPU production node running about ten workloads; your own mix will differ.
What counts as a cloud object?
A cloud object is a resource in a connected cloud account that Primod's posture inventory tracks. Each plan sets how many of those objects it covers.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Retention is applied automatically: runtime evidence older than your plan's retention period is not kept. For the other limits, we'll reach out to move you to the right plan.
How long is runtime evidence kept?
30 days on Free, 3 months on Core, 6 months on Scale, and 12 months on Enterprise, or longer by contract.
How does billing work?
Core is $149 a month billed annually, or $179 month to month; Scale is $449 a month billed annually, or $539 month to month. Annual billing works out to two months free. You upgrade inside the app, after starting on Free. Beyond 256 vCPU, Enterprise is quoted per vCPU, and the price per vCPU keeps falling as you grow.
Can I move from Free to a paid plan later?
Yes. Start on Free and upgrade to Core or Scale from the billing page in the app whenever you need more vCPU, cloud accounts, users, or retention.
